Knowmad Real Estate arose in 2018 as a result of a very simple question....
Is it possible to generate the same economic returns required in the real estate sector, but being true to my values, conciliating to be able to enjoy my children and to generate a triple positive impact social, economic and environmental?
I didn't know how to answer at the time, but I found it an exciting challenge and it became my professional purpose since then.
And so was born a real estate startup, native in Impacto Positivo, which today is formed by a multinational team with more than 25 years of experience in the sector in more than 20 countries and having managed more than 6,000 million euros in real estate assets.
We are nonconformists, courageous y entrepreneurs.

Knowmad comes from a knowledge nomad. To create unique projects, it is necessary to study and sift through all the trends in the industry, technology and the economy. And most importantly, the trends of people, because real estate is at the service of people.
