Our first concept was a Positive Impact District in Tres Cantos, with an investment of approximately 300 million euros on 120 hectares. The pandemic meant that we had to put the project in the drawer, but we continue to work with the same focus on new concepts that we are eager to present to you.

Creating what does not exist in the market.
Our Venture Builder is born with the objective of create boutique operators that fit perfectly with the vision for a particular floor or building if we are not able to find it on the market.
In this process we identify experts of each type of operator who demand the assets, we define the expectations required for each asset, we accompany them in the creation of the startup in which they will have a majority stake and we advise them on the expansion both in our own group and in the rest of the market.
This ability to create ad hoc operators for unique projects is a competitive advantage of which we are particularly proud.
